Day 8 of awesome!!

So today is short and sweet. I'm in the middle of 4 shifts in a row which is 48hrs so I'm a little tired. Here was a not so awesome event in my day......

Yes, that is my flaming hairline. Apparently it was the only part of my face that had not received sun exposure and at the Royals game on Sunday, there was plenty of that. I looked like I had leprosy all day!! Not awesome but terribly funny!!!

Here is some true awesome in my night. I got home a little early from work, had dinner and even though I didn't want to.......AT ALL......I did my cardio. This is my workout buddy.

This thing has been awesome for me! 3 days/week for at least 40mins/session and I burn 720 cals/week! Plus I'm working myself up to walking 3miles 2 days/week. Right now doing about 1.5miles. So...that was my day in a nutshell. Hope you had a wonderfully awesome day...shell or not!!!
